British Mod Painter
Jacquie Jones
By: Samantha Jane

The following concerns in the world of art, drawing and painting may seem arrogant. I don't want to bad mouth anybody or put anybody out of business . There are ways to put across that "free associated" and "multi-meaning" message without resorting to artistic styles and modes that are way over done. Finally in the 80s we developed a colorist thing, painting with multi colored stained glass enamel. There are occasional female artists but the art world has had a tendency to be dominated by men for years. Moving right along, several of the world's greatest artists of more recent times are women! And their artwork is very no-holds-barred They are very dedicated and committed to what they are doing. Some of these I'm talking about are Luma Rouge, our own Jayne County and England's one and only Jacquie Jones. Jayne County has always done her own thing. Her painting depicts penises, scenes that resemble ancient India 3000 years ago.

Let me ramble on about each of these women for awhile. They are magnificent and stunning ladies who deserve the attention for their artwork. They are a little bit, but they do get all of those "freeform" messages across. They're moving in a different direction. Sort of colorist post-impressionist. Actually, they've got their own styles and I think lotsa people would like it if they could see it. Their a bit abstract, yet they are neo-classical in their own individual way!

There is a very beautiful "psychedelic art" screensaver you can order on the internet. It's hours of colors and patterns running for about 5 or 6 days .

Andy Warhol was the most celebrated American artist of of the 60s and the 70s. The production of The first Velvet Underground Album,The Soup Can,Postage Stamps,Lithographs of Mao Zedong and Marilyn Monroe. I remember a Warhol painting called "America's Most Wanted". There are lots and lots of young Punks out there in this country. Fox News doesn't report on this because they don't want them to have any influence on society or notoriety. There are large numbers of these young people in campus towns. I don't mean to be a detracter or a critic. Things are really very tough for kids nowadays.

Jacquie Jones is from The UK. I don't know how long she's been painting and I hope I can scrounge up good descriptions of her individual painting style Although Jacquie is very busy,She is real well known for her very fine paintings and these have been shown in exhibitions.

Luma Rouge grew up in Paris,France. She divides much of her time between Paris and New York. She describes much of her childhood being spent at sidewalk Cafes where her parents took her along with them. Luma describes The Bohemian types, writers, poets, artists, musicians and others at those sidewalk Cafes. Luma Rouge became very fascinated with Burlesque . Her works show S&M Spankings,Lesbians,Gay Men,Same Sex Couples making out and much more, clothes and hair fetishism,BJs,Sodomy, men in drag,Transmen, more. Ms.Rouge seems to use a painting technique combining both black and white and about 6 or 7 very bright colors. Maybe i'm wrong. At least I think that's what it is. If you look it over closely, some of Luma Rouge's work vaguely resembles Jayne's or Jacquie's. Luma Rouge's exciting work has been exhibited many times in New York and Paris. Ms.Rouge is very famous and has sold samples of her artwork to large numbers of admiters of her work. She has been called a "modern Toulous La Trec". I'm sorry that I couldn't find a decent photograph or portrait of Ms. Rouge for this article.

Jacquie Jones is for sure a very famous artist in England and Europe. Ms.Jones creates Frescoes and Murals and in general a kind of Poster Art style, fairly abstract but a little bit surreal and impressionistic. Many of her pieces show animals like horses. Some of Jacquie's stuff is erotic and similar to Luma's. Remember that Jacquie is very devoted about doing these things which is why she is a success in the first place. It doesn't have anything to do with artwork in the first place, but Jacquie Jones is incredibly magnetic to look at and to talk to. Honestly,I'm a Tranny and I wish my clothes looked like her's. She wears stuff like the headdresses advertised from out of Fifi Mahony's and boas and leggings and tons of jewelry. I can't tell how old she is but she looks and dresses much younger. There are very fine photos of Jacquie with a couple of dozen similarly clad close friends. Jacquie has a daughter named Giselle White Jacquie Jones is a very gracious and nice person. More importantly, she's a great artist. So it's these three mainly who I'm basing my whole assessment on. At this time I think they're the best!  I've written a couple of times about The Creation who were a 1966-1967 Rock Band in England-"Painter Man,Painter Man,Who Would Be a Painter Man".

Jacquie  is self employed and she went to Kidbrooke Comprehensive. She currently lives in Newmarket,Suffolk,United Kingdom. Jacquie originally comes from London,United Kingdom. Jacquie is a world renowned multimedia artist and she is very easily recognized on The Streets of Newmarket for her very colorful and eccentric clothes. Jacquie has an ingenious way of portraying horses. She'd made clothes, scarves and hand printed china. Customers for her artwork include the British Royal Family,The Dubai Royal Family,Sir Henry Cecil,The Marchioness of Tamisack.

There are entire concepts and theories about the use of color that go back for centuries. Just previous to the turn of the century(19th-20th)in Philadelphia was Aitken,an instructor and a formidable painter. It sounds mediocre but honest,Aitken must've had 5 or 6 brains. He studied at galleries in France and Spain for weeks at a time. He developed genius ideas to the effect that color emerges at us from out of voids in hundreds and thousands of shades and variations. Van Gogh was definitely aware of things like that. I was at an Art Museum in a major city and I took a long and close look at one of Van Gogh's wheat harvesting in late afternoon paintings. I zeroed into one very tiny fleck of paint and it was in 17 different shades and layers of bright, bouncy color. The aforementioned women have tremendous talent
