Mockingbird
I was
at the Rainbow Last night Singing up stairs with my director pal
Eve. Miss Kimmy�s Karaoke is totally fun. All these birds were
doing Hippie dances when I sang Led Zeppelin. Hahahaha. It was
great. After we went to Thai Town to Torung. I love that place.
Green Jello used to rehearse above it and it�s where Tool and Rage
against the Machine were born, I get a good feeling there.
I went
to the never open store on Melrose and Poinsettia. My gal pal
Stephanie who does the door at the Viper, The Roxy and the Key
club owns the store. She is married to Angry Dave who used to play
my poetry nights at Zatars. The store is named that because it�s
never open. I scored a couple of White boy tees for myself. Swell!
I visited all the Japanese toy stores on Melrose.
I�m
listening to the radio a lot like all the other lonely girls. It
is soothing sometimes to let someone else teach you what you like.
I went
to see Deborah Harry at the Fonda with my partner Robert, Deb was
in rare form I saw her at the El Rey last years and I loved that
sexy Prison Matron look. She really looked and sounded most
excellent.
I
spent two days in the hills in a castle on the set of Knights of
the Templar. My friends Norman Reedus and Max Perlich were
starring. He held up upstairs playing on the computer and telling
jokes. I am submitting my music to the film. The Director ad the
Producer was so cool. I dig that groovy medieval gear, lots of
armor and crosses.
I
joined a new band called Bodega number 9 and I wore an albums
worth of lyrics thanks to my new thrill. The band is amazing; we
are playing at Bordello in January for 2 Saturdays. I�m getting
down and dirty with this band folks, I got songs about Jumbo�s and
strippers and girls like me.
I went
to Bergamot station to watch Brendan Mullen�s Masque slideshow
presentation
It was
held at Track 16 in Santa Monica. John Pochna from the 01 gallery
was there and artist Van Arno.
Club
Fluffer will be back at the Hyperion Tavern on December 27th
at 9pm
