It has been 5 Fucking Years now since Bush launched the War in Iraq.... And that RepubiKKKan President Hopeful- John "Bush on Steroids" McCain wants us to continue this costly fight in Iraq.. NO NO NO!!... I know it will have to happen slowly for the people in Iraq... But decrease the troops gradually..don't send thousands more...

I hope all California Voters have become aware of a new proposition that has made the ballots for a special June 3 Election--It is PROPOSITION 98 which was written in a manner to disguise its main goal and that is to END RENT CONTROL in all of California.... This simply cannot happen. Without RENT CONTROL prices for rentals would be out of control....The proposition is also bad for the environment so please vote NO NO NO on Proposition 98 we all need RENT CONTROL!!!!! Or we will all have to move to Iowa.
Calling AMY WINEHOUSE--we need to do at least two re-writes of "REHAB" for these causes...

Just heard that GERRY JENN WILSON'S pal RICK from Bristol England just got a plane ticket to come over for THE JP5/WHITE TRASH DEBUTANTES shows in May.. Now that is a fan and a friend!!

THE VIGILANTES have been busy touring in support of their new CD...ANTHONY GALARZA is still filming his Documentary tentatively titled "VINYL FETISH" as you may have guessed it is a documentary on WOMEN who listen to vinyl...
Both TEQUILA MOCKINGBIRD and GINGER COYOTE recently did an interview with MR. GARLARZA about our love of Vinyl...TEQUILA had some great vintage Vinyl... ANTHONY told me he misses the artwork and photograph's on the 1 LP's not to mention-- he loves the sound that only vinyl can emit.. Very unique and original...It was a pleasure filming the documentary and we hope to do a feature interview with ANTHONY about the Documentary....

Former S.L.A. Member SARA JANE MOORE was released from Prison.. She was caught in Minnesota living a reformed live in the suburbs.. That had to have been a form of prison in itself... And now people are not comfortable with her and mistakes she made 30 years ago...
It was great to hear from JULIE GENERIC who worked at THE FARM.
She is now living in Ukiah doing a on-line Radio Show and is writing a book about the SF Punk days. The working title of the book is "HEART SHAPED HOUSES" ..

BARMY'S new band THE CHERRIES recently played a good show in Jakarta..... CHEF MICHAEL WRAY has been living in Arizona but will soon be back in Hollywood working as head Chef at THE STANDARD on Sunset Blvd.. MICHAEL and TINA BUTLER along with their daughter MARTINA were recently visiting Long Beach to check out a School for MARTINA. MARTINA may soon be on "GOOD MORNING AMERICA" for being a Teen Podcaster... She was recently contacted by G.M.A. because of all the press she has been getting for her hard work with her show "EMO GIRL TALK".....A great role model for young Women...Move over MILEY CYRUS!!!

PUNK GLOBE also would like to send Condolences to RHODES INGERTON on the loss of his wonderful, sweet and very supportive Mother BITTY. I was saddened to hear of her passing.. She loved RHODES calling him an S.O. B. (Son of a BITTY).. REST IN PEACE BITTY!!!!

RUBY RAY contacted me about a show at The Fillmore to help PUNK ROCK celebrate 30 Years.. Bands slated to play include THE MUTANTS,AVENGERS, FLIPPER, NEGATIVE TREND and THE DILS... Quite a line up.... MIKE DUTZ has been keeping very busy with work but does manage to check out Big Brother 9 every once in awhile . .. EVEL DICK and DANIELLE DONATO were recently on the show and DANIELLE admitted the romance between her and Football Player NICK STARCEVIC has fizzled..DANIELLE said they dated but parted ways... DICK is far less kind to both NICK and ERIC (America's Team Player) on his My Space Blogs...KEVIN Guitarist for THE LIVING WRECKS tells me their new CD will be out in late spring / early summer 2008...IGNACIO SERRICCHIO recently revived his character DIEGO ALCAZAR to create trouble on GENERAL HOSPITAL. Although he did NOT work with her.. He loved meeting SARAH BROWN who I have been raving to him about since we have known each other.. He let SARAH know I was a fan... Who knows when we may set up an interview... NACHO is setting up a series of benefit concerts with his band in the Chicago area soon...He will also be celebrating his Birthday in April.. I believe he and DOROTHY LYMAN have the same Birthday..

KIRSTIE ALLEY is developing a new Talk Show with HARPO PRODUCTIONS...KIRSTIE says the twist of the show will be that anything goes.... Nothing shocks her....It would be great if it is on Cable... Get KIRSTIE going and she will have you in stitches laughing.. "FAT ACTRESS" on Showtime was great! TRACEY ULLMAN is back on TV with "STATE OF THE NATION" I love anything that TRACEY does. Her take on CAMERON DIAZ looks great and how about her doing RENEE ZELLWEGER !!!
