Dripht are a four piece Ska
band from Malta and they
aren´t bad at all. The first
track on here is a video
dedicated to Mark Barnsley
who was sent to prison for
defending himself against a
number of drunken students
who were carrying knives. In
the scuffle a student got
stabbed and because Mark was
a political activist he
ended up in court and sent
to prison for several years.
This video isn´t bad at all
with the band being filmed
in various gigs/locations in
Malta and it certainly gets
the message across about
criminal injustice. A
mention must go to the girl
in the bikini. Damn she
weren´t bad at all – why
don´t the ladies do that
shit here?!! The next track
on here is the ´Mark
Barnsley´ song which like
the opening video gets the
message across. The next two
tracks ´Acid Fight´ and
´Continental Drift´ weren´t
bad numbers either. Yeah not
a bad four tracker here so
make an effort and support
this Maltese band.
